At LTMA we offer personal protection and self defense seminars that cover the basics and begin to prepare you to be more aware and be able to protect yourself.

What Will You Learn?

• Awareness drills and strategies

• Basic physical defense techniques

• The psychology of both an attacker and a victim, both prior and during an attack

• Any potential legal consequences after the attack

​Who Can Participate?

​Anyone (16+)

We have worked with:

• High School age/College bound students

• Local businesses

• Sports teams

• Bridal parties   

Every session is designed specifically for that group. We take into account age, gender, work and social environments, as well as any specific requests you may have. 

 

How Much Does It Cost?

$250.00 for a minimum of 10 participants +$20 per additional participant | 90 minutes
Proceeds from every session are donated to the Friendship Home here in Lincoln!
