Jiu-Jitsu Classes

At Longoria’s Tactical Martial Arts in Lincoln, NE, we offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training for kids, teens, and adults of all experience levels. Our classes combine traditional BJJ, submission wrestling, and No-Gi grappling to build confidence, fitness, and real-world self-defense skills.

Often called "human chess", Jiu-Jitsu teaches strategy, control, and problem-solving under pressure while helping students improve disciple, focus, and overall fitness in a supportive environment.
 

A Supportive & Beginner-Friendly Environment

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and supportive training environment where beginners feel comfortable and experienced students continue to grow. Our instructors guide you through each technique with clear instruction, helping you improve at your own pace.

As a Carlos Machado Jiu-Jitsu affiliate, our program follows a proven lineage of high-level instruction. Our coaching is connected through Professor Kevin Henderson, a third-degree black belt, ensuring students receive authentic, high-quality training.

Train with the No Coast Grappling Community

​

When you join Longoria’s Tactical Martial Arts, you become part of the No Coast Grappling Group. This gives students opportunities for cross-training with partner schools in the Omaha and surrounding areas, allowing for more mat time, exposure to different instructors, and accelerated growth.

Youth Jiu-Jitsu in Lincoln, NE (Ages 4–12)

​

Our youth Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help kids build confidence, discipline, and coordination in a fun and structured environment. Students learn foundational techniques, movement, and strategy while developing important life skills.

  • Bully prevention through awareness and self-defense

Safety is always our top priority. Students are taught proper technique and control before participating in any live training to ensure a safe and positive experience.

Your first week is FREE for first time (new) students!

Wear comfortable workout clothes, heavy sweats are not recommended.

Bring a water bottle.
