Jiu Jitsu classes are for ages 13+ | Under 19 years of age requires a guardian signature on the intro waiver.

Mon & Wed (LTMA Gi Required) | 6:00-7:30pm
Tues & Thurs (No Gi) | 6:00-7:00pm
Sat (MMA/Jits Combo) | 8:30-10:00am
