Chi Stretch & Flow
Sundays 3:15-4:15 PM
Chi Stretch and Flow is a Yin Fusion Yoga class that will give your mind (inner Chi) and body that deep and relaxing stretches has been craving. Focusing on fusing Vinyasa based flow (Yang) and tension releasing postures (Yin), this class is great anytime of the day and for all levels. We will warm up the body with a flow and then take it into a deep release by holding each Yin pose for 2-5 minutes. Class ends with a soothing Savasana that will leave you prepared to take on the week, or Pati's 4:30 Kickboxing class immediately following. Great for athletes who want to work on flexibility and muscle strength.
Tue 9:30-10:30 AM
Yin yoga focuses on stimulating the connective tissues and joints, improving the flow of Chi, through these areas. This is accomplished through passive holding of specific postures for 2-5 minutes, using the breath to ease the body further into the pose. The Yin postures are not difficult to hold for these periods of time and are frequently supported by props to allow you to release and relax. Yin yoga is very meditative and can be a perfect complement to a more Yang or active yoga practice. A great class for all levels of practitioners.
Rise and Shine Flow
Wed 5:45-6:30 AM
Early morning practice set to great beats with a foundation of creative sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending and inversions - all guided by steady breath and good vibes. Expect sweaty, challenging movement set to fun music and an emphasis on fluidity and fun that will get your body in the flow for the rest of the day ahead. All level class with modifications so everyone can Rise and Shine!
Tue 6:15-7 PM, Wed 7-7:45 PM and 1st & 3rd 9-9:45 AM
Take a break from the busyness of life and find union with your breath, body and mind. This class is designed to meet you where you're at with a flow that will make you break a sweat. Our Vinyasa Flow Classes provide you with fluid movements that incorporate strength, stretching and breathing all in one dynamic practice. Modifications provided for all levels. Class ends with 5-10 minutes of rest/savasana.
Strength & Tone
Wed 9:15-10:00 AM
Total body resistance training with weights, bands, stability ball and your own body weight.
Yoga classes are for ages 16+. Under 19 requires a guardian to sign the wavier.
