Vinyasa Flow​​
Take a break from the busyness of life and find union with your breath, body and mind. This class is designed to meet you where you're at with a flow that will make you break a sweat. Our Vinyasa Flow Classes provide you with fluid movements that incorporate strength, stretching and breathing all in one dynamic practice. Modifications provided for all levels. Class ends with 5-10 minutes of rest/savasana.

Strength & Tone​​
Total body resistance training with weights, bands, stability ball and your own body weight.​

Your first week is FREE for first time (new) students!
Wear comfortable workout clothes, heavy workout clothes are not recommended.
Bring a water bottle.

Wed - Strength & Tone | 9:15-10:00am
1st & 3rd Sat - Vinyasa Yoga | 9:00-9:45am
5th Sat - Kicboxing/Yoga Combo | 8:00-9:15am
​Must be at least 16 years old. Minors must have a parent/guardian sign their waiver.
