Vinyasa Flow​​

Take a break from the busyness of life and find union with your breath, body and mind.  This class is designed to meet you where you're at with a flow that will make you break a sweat.  Our Vinyasa Flow Classes provide you with fluid movements that incorporate strength, stretching and breathing all in one dynamic practice.  Modifications provided for all levels.  Class ends with 5-10 minutes of rest/savasana. 

Strength & Tone​​

Total body resistance training with weights, bands, stability ball and your own body weight.​

Yoga classes are for ages 16+.  Under 19 requires a guardian to sign the wavier.

Schedule

Wednesday - Strength & Tone | 9:15-10:00 am

1st & 3rd Saturday - Vinyasa Yoga | 9:00-9:45 am

5th Saturday - Kicboxing/Yoga Combo | 8:00-9:15am
