Vinyasa Flow
Take a break from the busyness of life and find union with your breath, body and mind. This class is designed to meet you where you're at with a flow that will make you break a sweat. Our Vinyasa Flow Classes provide you with fluid movements that incorporate strength, stretching and breathing all in one dynamic practice. Modifications provided for all levels. Class ends with 5-10 minutes of rest/savasana.
Strength & Tone
Total body resistance training with weights, bands, stability ball and your own body weight.
Your first week is FREE for first time (new) students!
Wear comfortable workout clothes, heavy workout clothes are not recommended.
Bring a water bottle.

Wed - Strength & Tone | 9:15-10:00am
1st & 3rd Sat - Vinyasa Yoga | 9:00-9:45am
5th Sat - Kicboxing/Yoga Combo | 8:00-9:15am
Must be at least 16 years old. Minors must have a parent/guardian sign their waiver.
