Under 19 requires a guardian sign the waiver.  

CardioKICKS Kickboxing

​​The CardioKICKS Kickboxing program offered at Longoria’s Tactical Martial Arts implemented by Daniel and Pati Longoria is designed to improve your overall self image. Our unique program combines strength and cardio exercises that have roots based in Martial Arts. Physical fitness and endurance levels increase as you train on punching bags  with proper combinations and technique. Working within a group setting always helps motivate and excite the desire to train consistently, and also gives you more energy. Our Cardio Kickboxing program is designed under the guidance of Daniel Longoria and Pati, and implemented by our world class group of instructors.

The goal of our Longoria’s Tactical Martial Arts Cardio Kickboxing program is to help participants get fit and stay fit. What sets this exercise program apart from others is the dynamic combination of innovative workouts and personal challenges, that promote growth within the program and beyond. With versatility and convenience, this combination has brought our Cardio Kickboxing program to astonishing new levels. Each class includes both strength training and body conditioning components so you achieve a total body workout every time.

Training with us at our location in Lincoln provides students with an ultimate workout that is guaranteed to provide impressive, tangible results and motivation not found in traditional gym programs. If you are looking for a Cardio Kickboxing program that provides an alternative to the mundane gyms and personal trainers, you’re going to love training at Longoria’s Tactical Martial Arts.

Your first week is FREE for first time (new) students! Appointments are not required, and you can bring friends with you. Any comfortable workout clothes, such as gym shorts and t-shirts or any aerobic type outfits are perfect for training. Heavy sweats are not recommended. Bring a water bottle, face towel and ‘lots of energy’ and you’ll be ready for a fun class!
