Stand up pad work and sparring. 

This program is designed to train you like a cage fighter. Whether you want to fight in a cage or not, this is the program for you.

​

MMA classes are for ages 13+  Under 19 requires a guardian signature on the intro waiver.  

Schedule

Mon & Wed (pad work & technique) | 7:30-8:15 pm

Tues & Thurs (stand up, pad work, & sparring) | 7:00-8:00 pm

Sat (MMA/Jits Combo) | 8:00-10:00 am
