16 years old and up.
Under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to sign their waiver.
Wear comfortable workout clothes.
Bring a water bottle.
We will be discussing assault, abduction, sexual harassment and assault in the home, at school, in the workplace, and in between. $25 per participant.
