Personal Protection and Self Defense Awareness Class

June 29th | 10:00am - 12:00pm

16 years old and up

Under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to sign the waiver. 

Wear comfortable workout clothes.

Bring a water bottle.

We will be discussing assualt, abduction, sexual harrasment and assault in the home, school, work, and in between. 

$25/student with all proceeds going to the Friendship Home of Lincoln.
